You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or that interferes with its operation.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD).

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours and details exactly as they appear in person.

We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit order quantities at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product and issue a full refund.

  1. BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONAL PRICING

Discounted bundles and multi-packs are offered as a single unit at a promotional price. Promotional pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time and does not apply retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

  1. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery timelines and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

  1. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Sleevo pillows are consumer bedding products intended for the age ranges shown on each product listing. Please select the correct size for your child's age and follow the care instructions supplied with the product.

Our products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any information provided on this Site or in our marketing materials is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice.

If your child has a diagnosed medical condition, or if you have any concerns about your child's breathing, sleep, dental development, or facial growth, please consult a qualified paediatrician, dentist, or other healthcare professional. Please follow safe sleep guidance appropriate to your child's age. Pillows are generally not recommended for infants under 12 months. If you are unsure, consult your paediatrician.
